We only had 1 full day in Glasgow visiting family but wanted to learn about the history and layout of Glasgow
we couldnt have picked a better tour with Johnnie !! he was great, really knew his history and made the tour so interesting and fun that we barely noticed the cold wet windy snowy weather that was in it !!
seriously wrap up warm and make sure you have good headgear as an umbrella is useless with the wind. we broke ours!!
But the tour flew by so quicky that we were disappointed when it ended. cudnt visit the necropolis at the end as the new Batman was being filmed there that weekend!!
Am definitely gona return in the summer as want to visit other parts of the city that Jonnie recommended. i give him 5 stars and HIGHLY recommend this tour. He was so helpful with recommendations . i would go again!!

Jonny’s walking tour was amazing, it is a big call but possibly the best walking tour I have ever done. He was engaging, informative and passionate about Glasgow and all the things the wonderful city has to offer. He learnt everyone in the groups name and where they were from at the beginning and actually spent time throughout the tour engaging with everyone individually - a nice personal touch. It was a really enjoyable 3 hours getting to know the city with Jonny! I highly recommend it!

I went a few weeks ago on this walking tour of Glasgow and all I can say is that it was absolutely brilliant! Johnny, the guide, is so warm and welcoming - he made a point of learning everyone's names and talking a bit with everyone of us during the tour - which makes the experience so enjoyable. He's also very knowledgeable and apart from all the information about the city he gave us a lot of recommendations for places to have food, drinks, etc. It was also interesting to see a couple of pubs and street art, which doesn't seem to be that common in other city tours.

This is definitely something I'd recommend doing if you ever come to lovely Glasgow as it will give you a good general idea of the city and its history.

We also got to try some Irn Bru, which is a must for any Scotland newbies ;)

I really enjoyed my Glasgow Gander with Johnny. A fantastic guide with an impressive knowledge of his home town. So much to see - Glasgow is a great city. Johnny was so engaging and picked up on many small details that appealed to us wherever we were from. Highly recommended!

Fantastic walking tour with Johnny! Thoroughly enjoyed our 3+hour tour of Glasgow - a great way to see the city during a quick weekend trip. He keeps the groups small, something like 15 people or less. He is very enthusiastic and passionate about Glasgow and knows his stuff! Absolutely recommend as we enjoyed our time learning about Glasgow with Johnny!

Ahh this was great! We love a good untitled goose and knew we had to go with this tour. We spent 3 hours going all over the city with Johnny and it was exactly what we were after. We saw so many old buildings, and Johnny gave us the history etc of Glasgow (ashamed to say that as someone born/bred in England - had no idea!). It was honestly one of the best walking tours I've done AND Johnny then gave us some great reccs of places to eat, and things to see + do. 100% recommend to acclimate yourselves to Glasgow whether if it's a long weekend (like us) or for a longer trip.

Storm Ciara did not keep us away!!

If you want to experiance the real Glasgow and learn some insightful history, then this a great tour. Johnny, our host, was superb. He is a typical Glaswegian and an excellent tour guide. Very courtieous and polite. He goes to great lengths to ensure everyone is able to hear him above the traffic and city noise, something many tour guides are very poor at. He is very knowledgeable and quite entertaining. I would highly recommend.

Due to the fact that I was completely engrossed in this tour. There is no way you would find some of these sights, or have the background knowledge, without Johnny. 3 hours passed in a blink. Thank you for a fantastic day! This walk is worth any amount of money you are prepared to part with.
