About
Join us for our most hands-on, in-depth gin experience at Crossbill Distillery in the legendary Barras in Glasgow’s East End. You will learn about gin and its history, before being taken on a tutored tasting of our Crossbill range. Our distiller will then help you select your own botanicals and distil these in a copper pot still. Finally, you bottle, label, and wax seal your unique creation to take away and enjoy. An excellent afternoon in the company of the very funny and informative Dave, and his lovely assistant who fed us so much gin I've now forgotten her name.. (sorry 😬)
Highly recommend this experience. A great day out, learned loads, had a ball and made some tasty gin to take home thank you.

Highly recommend coming to the Gin School here! It's a fantastic 3 hour experience where you get to learn more about gin and the distillation process before choosing your own botanicals and concocting your own gin to take home. One of our favourite parts about our trip to Glasgow!

What a brilliant afternoon we had. The three-hour gin making class was superb. Drinking various crossbill gins, listening to a history of gin in the UK from the entertaining Disco Dave and the chance to make your own gin. Would highly recommend it

Great day out for my gin loving mums 73rd birthday. We enjoyed learning some of the history of gin.picking all our flavours and making our own bottle of gin.Andrew was very entertaining and knowledgeable. We both had a great time. Would definitely recommend giving this a go.

A fantastic day out, learning about the history and making of gin, tasting various Crossbill wares and ultimately distilling our very own recipe gin, taken away in a very professional looking bottle.
