Visited today with my daughter aged 9 ,my niece and nephew aged 22 and 26 and my friend with his son aged 8 . Wow what a fantastic time we had ! The team were very professional and friendly with everyone wearing masks ,we all felt very safe ! They were also incredibly patient with us all (especially with the kids ) when it came to teaching us the basics as this was our first visit . Nothing was too much trouble. Bikes were fantastic and all the safety clothing was provided . Cant wait to go back ,which will be very soon !

Brilliant experience today, the team at iMoto X could not have been more helpful and encouraging. They took their time to get my boys familiar with the bikes and gave them the confidence to really give it a go. Definitely be back soon, can wait to get back.

This is my honest review as a person who came with a group and although i didn't ride the bikes i watched/cheering on the side. We arrived at 2pm, the group minus 3 of us got ready in a timely manner and headed out to the track. The track is technically indoor as it has some shelter but it is freezing cold. We stood around waiting, at this point it was 3:10pm that the group was to go on their first 10 minute go (they bought 2x 10 min sessions). They had a good run, it was 10 minutes and they had fun. Another group went on to the track. At this point myself and the other persons watching got cold so we went inside to enjoy the fire and a cuppa. However the next time they got onto the track was around 4:30pm for another 10 min session. My friend went over to the guy working the tracks previous to their second turn and asked why it was taking so long and when would they go on. The guy had said its their turn next. Unfortunately he re-tracked this statement and said they will be on asap as there were other groups waiting. At this point there were two more groups waiting and eager to be on the track, one group of which booked for 3pm! This is now 4:30pm. Its taken 2 and a half hours to do 2x 10 minute sessions! At this point, a couple of my friends needed to go as they had another engagement. The guy said to them 'I will give you a full refund'. When they went to get their refund, they only received a partial one for the session they did not do. Overall the group enjoyed it and were not too disappointed about the wait. However I believe the wait is unforgivable for the time they are on the track. There could be better organisation and perhaps not booking too many groups back to back would help with time management.
