When we visited, it was a casual open visit. I'm sure at the time we saw posters on the wall stating public activities and local Quranic competitions to encourage the mulitifaith youth to learn about Islam, some posters might've mentioned guided tours but I can't exactly remember sorry. It will be best to contact the Mosque.
