This is one of the main shopping streets in the City, running from St Enoch shopping centre up to Buchanan Galleries  at the top of the hill. Whilst it might just be a main street in any town, with the standard staple stores it is...More

Was in town shopping and Buchanan Street has a lot of big name shops so you can walk down one side and up the other and almost get all you need

This is a busy shopping street with all the best high street stores. Also lots of buskers. It was nicely decorated at Christmas.

I thought this Street was somewhat overrated. Most of the shops are chains you find in other places and are high end, so not great for young/budget travelers. However, it’s central to other places and has good restaurants, so you’ll pass through regardless.

Unfortunately there were very few seats for weary travellers I.e. the elderly to have. Short break. Princes Square has none unless you eat or drink so a few benches would be appreciated
