Excellent to have wold class athletes performing in Glasgow. The arena is a spectacular facility. Riding on the velodrome is also a fantastic opportunity. My only concern while visiting the events is the food that is provided. There is limited choice of unhealthy fast foods which let the place down, having visited Manchester, I expected more.

I went on the first of four accreditation training sessions to use the velodrome. The track and coaching were excellent and highly recommend

We came up from Hampshire to watch the Cycling World Cup at the Velodrome. What an experience. The venue is amazing. It was very easy to get to by bus from Sauchiehall Street with just a short walk from the bus stop.

Visited for 2 sessions of the 2016/17 world cup series, had a great time. So pleased to see we now have a 3rd world class velodrome in the UK we have good coverage of the sport. The event was excellent and cycling was superb. Not so keen on the scaffolding used to put in the extra seats, and refreshments put "Outside"... More

Went to see the 2016 Track Cycling World Cup and had a fantastic evening out! First time seeing track cycling and would definitely go again :) Just a word of warning for anyone who is unaware, to improve aerodynamics for the cyclists the velodrome is very hot (high 20s) so wear layers (or shorts) so you don't overheat! They are... More

Had my first trip to a velodrome for a track cycling event after watching previous events on tv... Had an excellent evening of sporting entertainment with an amazing atmosphere. Access to venue was excellent. Beware for someone not used to velodrome events it can be warm even for a November night in Glasgow. Don't know why I have not been... More

Impressive venue. A good night out with young family, the cycling kept their attention. Good commentary during the race and good interaction with spectators. Parking close by, facilities as you expect for a venue like this, loads of staff so no large queues. Seats and view excellent, loads of leg room and space

Had VIP treatment at revolution world series cycling.Had tickets for centre of track, had it`s own bar and got very near to cyclists. Managed to get Ed Clancy and Chris Hoy autograghs Did get quite warm but they have to keep the track at a certain heat we did dress appropriately.

Revolution cycling was on, it was well organised and efficient entry and seated quickly in track centre (not that many seats) not a lot of food choices in the main area The cycling was outstanding and really inclusive - I may be addicted to watching it now
