Review of: Guided Celtic Park Stadium Tour
I have a lot of memories in this place. The passed times with my biddies is still very fresh in my mind. The noises, the excitement, everything feels like just yesterday.

Nothing is more exciting than watching Celtic playing at Celtic Park in the Champion league. What a fantastic ambience. You know it....

Terrible smell of urine all around the place. Plastic tarpaulins covering the cheaply constructed breeze-block facade. Not a nice neighbourhood 😕

Visited No7 restaurant with my husband and 2 children aged 9 and 5. On arrival we were met by a member of staff who was very friendly and welcoming. Our temperatures were taken and then the gentleman asked us to step to one side so he could talk us through the rules and regulations of entering the restaurant. Again even when doing this he was very nice. We made our way to the restaurant, following the very clearly marked arrows to ensure social distancing, and again was met by a very nice gentleman who explained where the toilets were, the one way system etc and we were then shown to our table. As our food was pre ordered the staff were quick in asking for our drinks order which was great. Myself, husband and 2 children were made to feel at ease and comfortable. The 3 course meal that we all received was delicious I couldn't fault it at all and at no point did we feel rushed or felt to long a gap between courses. Again the staff couldn't have been nicer and also very good with my children. I would have given a 5/5 but for only 2 things. Parkhead in general are not easy to contact. Our original booking was for 7 but unfortunately the day before 3 of our party could not come due to my friends child running a temperature. They were sure it was a cold but as she had a temp they made the right decision to cancel and reschedule their 3 seats. We tried phoning, emailing twitter etc numerous times to try and ask if we could move 3 of the guest to another day and could not get a hold of anyone. I understand that it is non refundable but we were not looking for a refund only for 3 guests to be re allocated to another day. Eventually someone did get back but my worry is if you have to cancel on the day you would struggle to get in touch with anyone to do this. With the current situation with Covid there is a strong chance some people would need to move dates if they woke up with symptoms that day. My other reason was a member of staff in the celtic store. It was only 1 member of staff on the till who was very rude and not helpful. All other staff in store seemed fine. The staff member grunted and shrugged her shoulders when we tried to ask a few questions and still don't have an answer. There was also an issue with my son being able to use his young hoops discount which in itself not a big issue but the way she dealt with it was awful. Her customer service was lacking to say the least. Other than these 2 reasons would have been 5/5.…
