George square is in the centre of glasgow with lots of near by restaurants, pubs, and places to go visit such as the Glasgow City Chambers. It’s is the perfect place to go when it’s a nice sunny day to soak up the sun and scenery. It is definitely a place to go as it as easy and accessible to get to other places

Despite all the restrictions recently, if you are in Glasgow city centre this is worth a visit. The City Chambers is the main back drop and the square has lots of historical statues and benches.

At the heart of Glasgow's affluent industrial past, George Square is surrounded by grand buildings erected on the proceeds from the thriving tobacco and ship building industries. Statues of prominent figures from this era oversee the modern comings and goings of people traversing across the city. The square has grandeur but somehow lacked colour or character. Maybe some flowerbeds needed?

This is a central square in Glasgow which features the city chambers and several decent statues.
Other than that, it's rather ordinary.

Loads of statues in the square, some lovely buildings surround it.
In one corner you can catch the hop on hop off bus.
Good meeting place and good access to the main shopping areas.

Nothing special! It’s extremely large in size and extremely busy there’s lots of different cafes and bars nearby as well as monuments and statues as well as thousands of pigeons if your in the area it’s worth a look but do not go out your way for it
