I’m hesitant to write this fearing it will bring more tourists to a true Glasgow neighborhood pub. Genuine because there were no tourists. Fine selection of whiskies. Great music by musicians who just join in with their instruments. Amazing conversations.

We wanted to hear traditional music and on a Tuesday night in Glasgow, the Lismore was the only game in town. It's a quaint little place, catering to young and old alike. One room seems to be the tavern and the second (classier) room seems...More

Old pub on Dumbarton Road with two large rooms. When I visited early evening on a Friday evening in April it was less heaving than the nearby Three Judges - I actually found somewhere to sit. Good Guinness on tap and friendly service.

One of my favourite pubs we went to, much bigger than it looks from the outside. It has two bars, and some nice gothic design features. Good service and nice atmosphere.

Visited for a couple of hours on a sunny September Saturday afternoon. Pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and decor. Friendly bar staff with a great choice of drinks. Sat in the sun watching the world go by. We will be back.
