Visited the shop recently, not impressed with the less than friendly shop assistant. Things weren't priced and it seemed an effort for her to tell us them. Didn't seem grateful we spend a reasonable amount of money on beers and merchandise. Will not go again, next time will buy our beer at Tesco's. I suggest while you are quiet you take the time to price things up.

Disappointed to find that having bought 12 bottles of beer from the shop at £1.99 each we could have got it from our local Tesco for £1.60 . A bit of a rip off ☹️

Popped in for some lagers/beers during a visit to Aviemore. Good selection in offer, also other bits and bobs available to buy. Not tried any of the lagers yet, only hoping they haven't turned sour from the sour face on the assistant, he couldn't even crack a smile. I would suggest the staff visit other local breweries to see what good customer service is - a smile costs nothing and goes a long way.

Not impressed by the complete lack of customer service from assistant today, have visited brewery previously and had similar experience, thought you would be only too pleased to have customers coming into the shop.

Well stocked brewery shop. Alas tours not on at present due to Covid. Knowledgeable and friendly gentleman working in the shop though and got an excellent selection of beers to take away. Plus you can see a good amount of the brewery through the large windows in the shop which is a cool touch.

We had a great time here and contrary to some reviews it is well worth a visit. The beer tasting was excellent and well worth the small cost of £7/head.
Amanda was very knowledgable and made the visit well worthwhile. By the end of the tasting it was more like a group of friends out for drinks rather than a formal visit to an attraction. We even got a recipe for bbq burger relish using one of the beers - additionally Amanda shouldn’t forget to try the banana and bacon on the bbq.

£7 for a great tasting experience, with really good beer. Amanda was really knowledgeable and gave an awesome tasting exp, and would definitely recommend to spend a few hours. Don’t drive because you won’t be driving back!

I don't think they really like visitors. I emailed them as suggested about popping in for a tour for my birthday, tbf I they did email me back to say that someone would call me the following day to arrange. I did not receive a call or any further response to calls and emails. Made other plans and visited a whisky distillery instead.
