Well worth a visit ,the view is fantastic ,tip take a coat or heavy jacket for at that height and a strong wind it can be quite cold.Again it depends on the time of year .

Love a trip up the funicular when we visit aviemore. This time we couldn't see much more than 20 metres. Great to get our in the snow at the top. Staff all friendly

Children loved going up the mountain on the train. Understood at top why they had on so much clothing. Very cold big difference from car park temperature. Good exhibition and shops. Really nice view to get there.

Can't go up unless guide dogs but if you hike up to the top from the bottom I believe you can take dog down if the signs were right.

It is so changeable you should be prepared for anything. We visited with perfect weather, the next day was cloudy at the top so would have been wet
