Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Plan ahead as they DO NOT have a public bathroom. The cows are great but they were eating when we went so did not really see much. Shop would feel crowed if more that 4 people were inside. They do have a lot of stuff but everything I saw in there I had seen other places so we did not spend much time here.

We have been here before, so nice that we were remembered. Seeing the animals here is always a pleasure. They come right up to the fence and love attention! My daughter millie is a fan of this place. The owner is amazing and the shop has something for everyone! We will be back!

We came to the farm to visit Katie Morag, the female highland cow who my girlfriend sponsors.

The farm staff made us so welcome, even enticing Katie Morag over for some photos.

Thank you to you for making our visit so lovely and special and would recommend this to anyone stopping for a visit.

This is an opportunity to see the Highland cow, and support a quaint farm shop that provides a wonderful selection of fresh foods and gifts. Truly a little gem stop along the Highland roads.

It was my dream to see Highland cows, and the Robertson's farm made it happen, plus much more! There were two cows, as well as goats and an alpaca. The cows were adorable, and the goats were quite friendly. They came up to greet us at the gate!! Once we had visited the animals, we entered the shop, which was so cute inside! They had an array of Highland cow merchandise, from key chains to plush toys, which I had to have. Many unique food items were also being sold, such as spicy cheese, fresh strawberries, toffees, etc. Although seeing the cows was at no cost to us, we indulged in the gift shop happily! 10/10 worth seeing :)

Great farm shop full of lovely goodies. It's a while since we were last here and hadn't realised the Petting Farm had closed but still nice to see the Highland cows and alpacas.

I was brought here by our tour guide, Amy T (through Rabbies), as a bonus stop because so many of us wanted to see the hairy coos. I had a lovely time! The farm’s animals seem so happy and cared for, and the little shop they have is wonderful! There were so many great treats and souvenirs to be bad - particularly ones that were created locally and unique from city souvenir shops. I left with so much and hope to return again!

Excellent location, great shop selling home baked products, food products, meat, icecream, hot- and cold drinks. An amazing collection of Scottish themed articlrs from mugs to chopping boards and toys. They also have two gorgeous rescue highland cows, Nubian goats and alpacas. Staff is very friendly and are in for a natter. Looking for a present? They have lovely gift boxes for sale!

lovely atmosphere. alpacas are simply fun to watch, and the shop itself has a wide range of high-quality food/drinks to buy.

enjoyed an ice-cream and coffee in the sun, and had a nice chat with the friendly and efficient staff.
