On Thursday 13th September we had a very enjoyable tour of the Orkneys with John O'Groats company. Stewart, our coach driver and tour guide was brilliant! Very interesting and humorous, making the day brilliant.

Hi, sorry we don't stop at Maeshowe as large coaches are not allowed to stop or drop of there.

Hi, no toilets on the Maxi Coach but plenty of stops. Toilets at Kirkwall, Stromness, Skara Brae & Burwick.

Hi, for June, July & Aug the Maxi tour is from 8.45am to 7.45pm. For May & Sept its from 8.45am to 6.15pm. Its just a 40 mins sea crossing. Plenty time for photos. Not much walking. Everything is close by to the coach... More

Hello, yes should be fine. Its a flat gangway onto the ferry (take a folding wheelchair if you have one). You can walk as much as you wish or just stay near or on the coach. At each stop you can decide how much you wish to... More
