A “not to be missed” activity
A lovely walk along Loch Ness with the friendliest of Alpacas and lovely host. This was a fabulous hour spent and great value for money. Just enough Information offered and Fiona was happy to answer any questions. We would highly recommend this if you are in the highlands!

Cute alpacas... Family fun for all
Wow what a lovely morning with these beautiful happy alpacas. We all had a fab time 72 to 7. The rain didn't bother us as the alpacas were so cute. A short trek down to the Loch to take some great photos. Thank you so much.

    Amazing Alpacas
What an amazing experience at one of Scotlands most iconic places...Loch Ness. We were met by the lovely owner & her herd of Alpacas who were all set & ready for our meet & greet. Once we were introduced to our Alpacas, we went a lovely walk through woodland & on to the beautiful beach by the Loch which gave us the perfect photo opportunity. With very little knowledge of the species I have came away with a new found love for the animals. Not everyone can say they have walked a beautiful herd of Alpacas along the bonnie banks of Loch Ness. Its a must for anyone visiting Inverness or surrounding area.

    Fabulous experience
We booked here for our 2 children and what a wonderful experience for all. Fiona was very informative before the walk and also have gave insight on each alpaca. The alpacas were chosen on temperament, age etc to suit the individual and both my children had no issues and loved it. The walk down to the shore was great and the carrot kiss between alpaca and guest was very amusing. If we visited this area again we would definitely book another tour.

One of my favourite excursions I've ever done!
My husband booked this for me, and I couldn't have been happier! Fiona was great and explained the process to the group before we started, and talked us through the herd hierarchy and personalities. I got allocated Chaos who was always up for a carrot and a bit of a neck scratch. We walked the alpacas across the field, and down to the shores of Loch Ness where we fed them carrots, and had our pictures taken. The alpacas were calm and seemed perfectly happy on a lead. The genuine joy on my face in the picture says it all really!

    Best Friday Ever!
Myself and my little sister, from the western isles, as well as our sister in law came to visit Loch Ness alpacas this morning. We couldn’t have had a better experience! Having never seen alpacas before, Fiona our guide was fantastic at explaining everything about them, as well as the individual alpacas needs. My younger sister hasnt stopped talking about it all day! We had an absolutely fantastic time and will not hesitate to book again!

A fabulous experience for animal lovers
As we were on a flying visit to Inverness we weren’t able to book on to the Alpaca Trek but went along for the meet and greet. The alpacas were amazing and each had their own personality. We had a great time feeding them. Fiona was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information. We will definitely return to do the trek.

These super cute alpacas were surprisingly easy to lead and very docile. As Fiona, the organiser said, “Anything for a carrot!”. The trek itself was over mainly level wooded ground along the south east shore of Loch Ness - a fantastic location for a chilly but really enjoyable stroll. I can’t recommend it highly enough - top marks from me.

While Loch Ness is more famous for its mythical underwater resident, Loch Ness Alpacas was a quirky, wonderful experience for our family! It's really just a short walk down to the Loch Ness beach and back - but loads of fun walking beside, petting and feeding these beautiful creatures.

Our host was very nice and passionate about her herd. Thank you!

An amazing experience! These Alpacas are so cute! We went along and walked one of the beautiful Alpacas down to the Loch, where the stunning views were an added bonus.
The lady was very knowledgeable about Alpacas and you could tell she loves them a lot, which was lovely to see.
She was very understanding of our son with special needs and made sure he had the most calm Alpaca.
It was lovely that she went around the group and offered to take photos of each group with their Alpacas (a memory to treasure) and was very thoughtful of her.
Thank you for a wonderful experience!
