Enjoy a full-day of stunning scenery and fresh Highland air, as we travel all the way around Loch Ness and along the idyllic West Coast. Our journey reveals ancient ruins, a poignant war memorial, beautiful beaches and a hidden waterfall – with untamed mountains never far from sight. Not only will you watch the Jacobite Steam Train as it crosses the Glenfinnan Viaduct, you will later hop aboard and experience it for yourself. Made famous by the Harry Potter films, and voted one of the world’s most scenic railways, this is a trip you’ll never forget!

The attitude of the staff towards me was very attentive. They told me which route I should choose. A helmet and a bicycle lock were provided free of charge. The bike is in excellent condition. I am very pleased with the trip.

Terrible customer service, my bike broke within 20 minutes, had to walk it back to be greeted by a very rude and nd defensive person with not even an apology.

Please don't go here. Spend the extra couple pounds at Ticket To Ride-Bike Hire (I ended up going here, helpful staff and their bikes are a HUGE step up in quality). Cons: The bike was very poorly maintained. The brakes were not well adjusted and the stopping ability was limited. The tires were almost bald (all the tread was worn off). I rented a bike and immediately returned it. I feared that I wouldn't be able to stop in time in an emergency (especially with wet roads). Pros: They gave me my money back without question.

I was recommended by a girl in my hostel to rent a bike from this place and I did not regret it! The man helping me was very thorough in explaining the routes to get to my destinations. It was very easy to navigate throughout Inverness, especially with his help! I did not plan to bike on my holiday, but I'm very glad I did. The views were absolutely amazing--you can't see them zipping by on a bus/taxi. It was very easy to rent a bike and well worth the extra time and effort to explore Inverness.

I was looking for a place where to rent a bike and found this place. The guy who took care of my rental was a young guy with some facial hair and an overall angry face. The guy was rude, he rushed through the process including when he give me directions about how to go to Loch Ness, and when he showed me the bike, I hopped on it and he asks me "is this one ok?" I said "yes, it feels okay, but what are the other options?" since he said "this one". Unexpectedly, he answered very impolitely by saying "what do you mean?" with a strange look in his face, like asking me "what the hell are you asking, idiot?". He had asked about "this one", implying there were other ones, so why would you ask that question that way, and why would you be so rude to your customers and looked annoyed at them? What a jerk. I left the store with the bike but also with the feeling I was mistreated by this young angry man, and on top of that I paid for this unpleasant experience. The trip to Loch Ness on the bike was great, though. Also, the bike was very good and came with a helmet and a padlock. But the customer service, as mentioned before, was very bad.

Hi Eddie, It’s unfortunate you feel that you weren’t provided with very good customer service during your visit. It was myself who actually served you and with regards to rushing the information, I try to ensure I can get every customer away as quick as possible to make sure they get the most of their day cycling. As demonstrated by our other reviews, shoddy customer service is not in my nor any of my staff’s natures. When I asked what you meant with regards to what the other options were I was confused unfortunately. As we had discussed in the shop, all our bikes are hybrid bikes and I was asking what you meant to determine whether a change of frame/seat height/ handlebar adjustment was necessary. I’m sorry if you felt mistreated, however I feel this was more a case of miscommunication and misunderstanding rather than myself being a ‘jerk’. Regards
