Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a beautiful park that sits near the river ness and seems to be well used as it was so busy, it has loads to do from tennis courts, exercise equipment, paddling pools, etc.
It's definitely a little hidden gem and worth a visit.

This is one of the hidden gems of Inverness. If you don't know about it, you wouldn't necessarily go there! It's not a huge park, but has beautiful family-friendly gardens, tennis courts, a paddling pool and a great play area. Bikes can also be hired for kids to cycle around the network of paths. There is a kiosk for ice-cream and drinks, but you could take a picnic and spend the day here. It is close to the Ness Islands so the two could be combined. There are plenty of benches to sit on and the paddling pool is clean and well-maintained. It was my favourite park in Inverness when I was a child and so delighted my own child enjoyed it as much as I did.

Spent the afternoon here with family and had a great time sitting watching my children play. Remember the park from my own childhood and it was good back then and even better now. Good to see the outdoor paddling pool is still there.

Native Invernessians will remember fondly trips to Bellfield Park, which sits by the banks of the River Ness.
What's good about it? It boasts a pretty and generally very well maintained garden with loads of trees and bushes: brilliant for games of hide and seek.
The playpark equipment is all decent enough and safe and, in summer, on those occasional hot days, the paddling pool is really popular and gives a pleasant vibe to the place.
In recent times, it has also become a haven for learning tennis. A bike hair shop, barbecue area and acceptable toilets, plus somewhere to get ice cream.

A beautiful park with playground. This was the first thing we "saw" in Inverness in an attempt to get our kids outside and tired out for the evening. The playground is great. There's a beautiful gazebo we saw on the walk back too!

Bellfield park is one of the most beautiful parks I have ever been to. Tree lined paths coated with blossom takes you far away from the hustle and bustle of a city centre.

The park has a fantastic 18 hole putting course which is always in good condition and fun for all.

I took my nieces to the outdoor paddling pool which is the only one in Inverness and they had a great time as my brother and I played tennis on one of 8 all weather courts.

I would highly recommend the Ice Cream at the shop there. I had a double honeycombe made by the local company Capaldi's.

Well worth a visit, with a great play park for kids and an outdoor gym for adults.

It's fabulous! Separate areas for older and younger kids, fenced off areas to keep kids safe, a bandstand, a paddling pool, tennis courts and toilets. Just brilliant!
