One can get up close touch, feel and imagine the intact structure and grounds. Its high point allows visibility in all directions where enemies may approach. A good vantage point for the jets taking off from Lossiemouth air base.

My kind of castle, I would have loved it as a kid. A nice set of ruins in a surprisingly well kept condition. There is free parking and there are no time restrictions for access.

It's a beautiful castle in a great setting with amazing panoramic views all around. Great place got taking the dog for a run round or having a picnic on the sunny slopes.

Passed the castle on the way to RAF Lossiemouth and swung by as I had some time to spare. Quite interesting but there are many better castles across this great country. Nice views and nice not to be charged entry.

Stayed in adjacent farm house on a recent holiday. Free to enter. Fun to explore - kids loved running around it. Has a good moat

Fabulous views over the area and the castle grounds are well kept. Worth a visit especially if you have children. Great place for them to let of some steam and lots of history attached.

Wonderful views and scenery. Great place for children to run around an explore. Great that it has been untouched and sits where the subsidence caused it to fall.
