3 years ago my cousin got bit by a black adder there so I would be nice to include signs it would also help to find the way back Other than that there’s a good priced cafe and the walk around the castle is nice

Hard to find a fault here. The young ones let off steam whilst we wandered around the extensive parkland. Very easy access for me in my mobility scooter.

Would recommend this park great play area for the toddlers with a play area next to it for older kids. Cafe with seating area clean toilets and lots of walks

Good place thats free to take the kids, 2 swing parks, paths for walks, castle ruins, ample parking, lovely cafe you can eat from or take a picnic and find a quiet spot.

What a beautiful park with easy paths criss cossing it. There are woods, meadows, ruins, streams, bridges and a great play park so lots for everyone.

Very peaceful and large park. All the kids bits and restauant are at the entry to the park. Good commecting paths

Yes dogs are welcome. Just remember there are no bad dogs just bad owners. Common sense tells you to keep your dog on a lead when you see other dogs approaching.I And if you go a certain times of the day it's quieter. But I... More

Yes you can cycle the park is a fair size with trails you can follow

There's parking as you come in on the right opposite the little swing park. And there's parking further round.
