We were lucky enough to play here after being invited by a friend. We had played the Trump Turnberry championship course the day before so we really weren't expecting the course to be anywhere near that. However the staff here are very friendly and can't...More

I give it 5 stars from the perspective of just golf. This is a welcoming and playable course with a layout that gives a feeling of almost isolation even when there are crowds. The clubhouse is not really a clubhouse, but the shop is well...More

This is a true test of golf, undulating fairways with well placed bunkers ready to trap your ball!! Fast greens and crazy deep pot bunkers. Team in the clubhouse very welcoming and crazy efficient with their ordering. We got there and had breakfast and ordered...More

Played here yesterday fantastic layout and great greens with some amazing contours on them . Almost every hole sits on it on . The only thing that's stops it being five stars is you know it's a pretty new course having the man made feel...More

Got off a plane from New York with one hour's sleep and drove directly to Dundonald from Glasgow. This was the perfect beginning to 8 rounds in 8 days. The staff was friendly, but more importantly, it was a good introduction to Scottish golf (keep...More

I love playing here the course itself is such a good standard which kind of speaks for itself. The green were immaculate. The guys at the desk are always fantastic and set the standard for the course.

Firstly, can I say, the course is a credit to the green staff, I loved the effort and thought that has gone into the design, and although it poured with rain on the day, it stood up well. What I did not find acceptable was...More

The Dundonald course is home to the Ladies Scottish open in 2017. The grounds are well prepared and very diverse. It is home to the deepest golf bunker I have ever seen. You have to enter it , after an unlucky stroke, via a set...More

Absolute worst greens of our 12 round Scotland trip. I'm baffled that the Scottish Open would be played on this course. Yes there are some interesting holes, but that should be a given. The facilities are mediocre and range balls looks like they were borrowed...More

Clubhouse will be open after play, if you could let the restaurant know when you arrive that you would like a meal after play then they will ensure the kitchen remains open. Enjoy your round
