Being a plodder, after the Edinburgh half-marathon, I ran through South Inch as the final stage of my follow-up warm-down run during our stay in Perth en route vis-a vis a family-visit in Perthshire. Its paths were clear and free from treacherous pot-holes. Early morning,...More

Beautiful area and lovely place to get your recommended 10,000 steps in. When the sun is shining it’s certainly a bonus and everywhere you look there’s something of interest to catch your eye. Well worth a visit

Leave the museum through the gardens and you enter the South Inch Park. Hopefully you will enjoy the escape to a green area that is well cared for and has good facilities. In the right weather perfect for a picnic.

Lovely park on south side of Perth. It is nice place to have a walk and get away from the shopping in town as not far from town centre. Worth while place to visit if in Perth.

Arguably the best large, open park in Perth for walks, events and family activities. It's a popular park for dog walking, so you will meet many pups on your travels. There are many dog waste bins and it is fairly well kept so there is...More
