It was a very rainy evening and I think that added to the whole experience. Entertainers were fabulous. Everyone loved it. It would have been lovely in the sunshine but it was fabulous in the rain. Well done everyone ☔️🥂🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We took our 3 children, twins aged 7 and a 10 year old to see Wind in the Willows, an outside theatre production. It was really well done and lots of fun. We also did the Alice and Wonderland walking experience which was excellent. I would highly recommend both experiences for both adults and children.. Even if the weather does not play ball

Wonderful to see theatres' opening again, espedcially the smaller, regional theatres like Pitlochry. Went to see an 'Evening at the West End'. Beautiful setting at the new bandstand, on the lawn between the theatre and the River Tummel. Lovely balmy evening and fantastic music - perfect! Also , many thanks to the theatre staff for fitting us in on Saturday evening, especially as I had accidentally booked for Sunday!

Visited here for the first time to see Mad About Musicals.
Lovely theatre in a great setting. Very comfortable & doesnt matter where you sit, you will see the show. Staff all very helpful. Lady at the ticket desk recommended my seat to me, which was great since i had never been in before.
The show was amazing too & would definitely go see it again.

We really enjoyed The Crucible when it was on in September. We also came up to see A Christmas Carol in November. This performance we also enjoyed but it seemed a bit marmite in that some people loved it and some didn't go back in after the interval.

We visited for lunch. The view from the table was stunning- the river and endless trees. There were only three other people there, and I was surprised- until I looked at the menu. It was nearly all burgers and filled ciabatta rolls. My roll was mediocre, and only just warm. Such a disappointment! I'd expected an interesting buffet.

Thank you for your review of The Café at Pitlochry Festival Theatre. The theatre has such beautiful views of the River Tummel and the surrounding mountains, making it an ideal place for lunch. During the Winter, we offer a light lunch menu, with daily changing specials, as well as a full selection of sandwiches, soup and sweet treats from The Café. In the summer months, when we are in performance, there is also an a la carte lunch available from The Festival Restaurant. I am sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations on this occasion, but do hope we can welcome you back again in the future.

A common problem with theatres is the lack of leg room between rows. It makes an uncomfortable visit and we wouldn't rush back because of this. Otherwise a lovely venue.
