Now run as a social enterprise it provides a professional programme ranging from international ballet and opera to pantomime and musical theatre, stand up and jazz to award winning drama and classic live bands. We are glad you enjoy the theatre and shows. Around a quarter of our performances showcase local talent, with the rest bringing the best of Scottish, UK and occasionally international artists down to Ayr.

We saw Snow White here in 2016 and Aladdin in 2013. You can't beat a pantomime at Christmas for both young and old. If we're in Ayr around Christmas time, then the Gaiety Panto is always a must and great value for entertainment!

Sorry - nothing in the programme or plans just now. Maybe a comeback tour in 2030?
