This place is a SCAM. Repackaged VEET sold for $100 as all natural hair removal cream that 'all the monks use.' They are VERY pushy and flat out ask for tips at the end, even after we bought $100 worth of FAKE products.

Guide was condescending and his questions were very personal. We felt threatened. We did well to leave in the middle of the tour before treatment or massage and ended up not paying anything and only realised afterwards when trading other reviews how right we were....More

The so-called Doctor who showed us around was obnoxious & conceited and spoke down to us as if we were idiots. We were too polite to just walk out! Then came the hard sell bit. We bought a small jar of Aloe Vera cream which...More

Great tour, free massage but you fall into the trap of buying seriously overpriced products which seem somewhat different when you unwrap then miles away from the place. I felt seriously ripped off - check on line for the same products before considering buying here...More

Joined a tour and they dropped us here for a break. Didn't have a good feeling about this place the moment we stepped out. Things were all overpriced and there was alot of hard selling. Not a good experience at all.

Don't go, you'll be scammed. You'll be shown some herbs, coerced to take a massage and tip then, then almost forced to buy ridiculously overpriced products.

We visited this spice garden and were given the tour with a guide that was very informative. All our questions were answered and although we did not buy anything from the shop, we did feel a small obligation to have a foot massage by some...More

I suppose you should use it on the hair. put the cream on your skin and hair and leave it about 12 minutes, then scrape it away with tissue paper or soft cloth. the hair would still grow, but would be thinner or less. at... More

Mm. This often happens. All I can say is the guy who showed us round was knowledgable, and we had a nice massage. It was the begging for tips that spoilt it. There's lots of spice and herbal gdns in Sri Lanka - look for a... More
