    Well worth a walk to
Busy car park so had to wait for a space but one came up within about 5 minutes. Takes about 20 mins to walk to the beach but so worth it. Make sure you walk far enough and you’ll know when you hit the right beach. The coral is like grain on the beach and makes the most beautiful noise with the waves, almost like a fizzing. Such clear waters to have a dip if the weather is nice.

Beautiful Shell Beach but if you go please remember you are a guest.
The beach, shells, water color, heather, stone wall/fences, and local livestock are absolutely beautiful. It was a privilege to get to visit this location, thank you to the local farmers who tolerate visitors. If you visit please remember you are a guest stay on the path as the signs say, most people ignored the signs and walked where they felt like. Don't use the trees in the parking lot as your toilet, we watched at least 3 people do this while we were there. Don't try to pet, chase or get a close up of the livestock. As a livestock owner I was horrified to watch multiple individuals and their dogs cause these animals considerable stress. Two dogs were allowed off leash and went straight to the sheep the Ewes panicked calling their lambs obviously stressed. Another lady off the path up the hill thought it would make a great video to chase the sheep running down the hill towards her partner. Yet another lady again off the path trying to get a close up sheep photo startled the flock again all panicking and calling lambs. There was one steer/bull, too far away to confirm, with the heifers in the paddock a little boy probably 5 or so tried to pet him, he snorted and shook his head at the kid, I stood horrified because that's what cows do to warn you away, next they will charge or bunt you. The whole family then turned around and tried to pet him luckily this was too terrifying for the fellow and he turned tail and ran away to another cluster of heifers. All I could think the whole time I was there was these poor people they have to put up with these disrespectful tourists all summer.

Worth a visit but limited parking
Beautiful beach and walk out to it, really glad we visited it and had a paddle in the sea. Also saw seals in the water between the beach and the island. The car park is fairly small and tricky to manoeuvre when busy so we'd advise visiting when it's quieter (early morning, later evening, or off peak season) and motorhomes would find it really quite tricky.

    stunning view and lovely walk
Parking can be a bit of a nightmare when its busy, be prepared for the pot holed single track road in and the difficulty of parking with only room for one car to drive along the parking area at a time. That said the walk to the beach is very pretty and a nice length to stretch your legs but not too far or too strenuous. Coming over the hill and seeing the beach is very pretty and the pale blue waters make it look very tropical in the sun. Very pretty to walk on and sit on and collect a few shell pieces.

Picturesque oasis away from the crowds
Beautiful picturesque beach approached from a very challenging road from Dunvegan. A short walk takes you to a surprising beach made from shells and seaweed coral. Stunning, peaceful and picturesque. At last found some peace away from the droves of mini bus trips, hope there isn't a huge carpark infrastructure put in place in future to spoil this little paradise.

Crystal clear seas, a lovely beach
Well worth the challenging drive with a very poor road surface. Take lots of time to get there and best to drive slowly. The car park is free. There is a mile walk to the beach, the beach is stunning and stands out in the landscape. We had a beautiful swim in crystal clear turquoise waters. Lovely and worth the trip.

    Beautiful Beach
Takes my breath away every time I walk over the crest of the hill and see the incredible beach. No matter whether the sun is shining or the heavens are chucking it down, it will mesmerise you. Be warned there is very limited parking and no facilities but I don’t care because this is a slice of heaven.

The photos do not do this beach justice. A beautiful spot. We visited mid November and so nobody else there. Must be very different at the height of season so beware
