Linlithgow Canal Centre is run entirely by unpaid volunteers. Boat Trips, Canal Museum, Tea Room, Charters and Self-drive Boat Hire. A great day out for the family! Located close to Linlithgow railway station. 1:00 to 4:30pm. Open weekends from 31st March until 30 September. Midweek 2nd July to 24th August. Canal Fun day Sunday 19th August from 1pm - 5pm ~ (Cardboard Boat Race starts at 3:00pm)

As members of the Lancaster Canal Trust it was great to see how another trust works. We were very impressed with the whole set up. Great coffee and cake and great museum. They also run a trip boat. Well worth a visit

Great day out trip to the Avon Aqueduct nice relaxed trip with plenty of information and great views very friendly staff with good knowledge of the canal we had tea and cake in the cafe good quality and value for money

My friends and I really enjoyed our day on the canal with the Linlithgow Canal Union Society! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the boat is in great condition. Will be back again soon!

When walking the canal with our OIR group (OPPORTUNITIES IN RETIREMENT) we were lucky to find a helpful volunteer who allowed us to use their toilets even though the tea room was not open on a Tuesday. LINLITHGOW HAS A distinct lack of public facilities....More
