10 of us went here for a night out. It's always hard to organise these nights, as people differ and it's hard to satisfy everyone. However, all 10 were very happy with the quality and quantity of the food! The brie starter is huge. (in...More

I was on a night out recently in this bar, the staff were rude, toilets were in a mess, the place was roasting and no air con. The drink was cat, food was undercooked! My friends and I decided we had enough and needed to...More

We visited on a Monday night so it was quiet. I ordered fish & chips that were served quickly and piping hot which I like. The fish was soft inside the batter and the chips (fries) were crisp. Staff were quick and attentive.

Eat here regularly and the food is always good, staff friendly and helpful. Know that I will always find something on the menu that appeals, even if I have no idea what I want. Good atmosphere overall.

We just stumbled upon this place and we are so glad that we did! The staff was very pleasant and the atmosphere was private yet relaxing. We had the ham sandwich, which my wife couldn’t stop raving about, I mean literally said it was the...More

Very poor experience. Poached eggs were cooked through and when we complained instead of taking our plates back they just served us 2 eggs in a bowl which were also not poached properly. It's a shame because it's a nice place.

I have been here a number of times now and I always have the same experience: the service is poor, the staff are lazy and incompetent, the food is below average and the pints are not well-poured. Obviously, I will not be returning. I don't...More

I really liked it here~ loved the style of the place. Really friendly bar staff. We just came in for drinks and stayed for quite a while. Quirky touches and hidden corners. Only downer was someone took my umbrella.
