What a great tour! Our guide, Anthony, was well-informed, accommodating, had a great attitude and sense of humor. He was able to customize our tour to our interests/preferences (chocolate stop, taking the "long way" to show me a particular hill for cyclists like me) while staying on schedule, and knew how to time our destinations just perfectly to avoid the rush (Cliffs of Moher being of utter importance). I have nothing but positive memories and absolutely recommend booking with Irish Experience.

We all try to do our best to suit the needs of everyone on our tours, it's all really part of the service. But it just goes to show you how small this world actually is, we had a cycling connection. :)

Lee Jones was an amazing tour guide! He had us all laughing! He was well educated about every place we visited! He made sure we all where well taken care on the tour! I would recommend him to all my friends and family!

The tour was amazing. So many beautiful places to see and to go. I took way too many pictures of the picturesque scenery. All of the local residents were friendly and accommodating. All of the accommodations were nice with a few being exceptional.
We couldn’t have hand picked a better tour guide. Lee was out of this world. He went above and beyond, was always helpful and made us feel like family. You could tell that he loved what he did and made the trip unforgettable. I would recommend this tour to anyone and cross your fingers that you get Lee. 😁

I did the 13 day Full Irish Experience tour.
Lots of laughs, the most stunning scenery whether cliffs, fields,ocean, lake castles or abbeys, and great story-telling and accompanying soundtrack provided by Sean along the way. The B&B's were exactly as I had hoped with great beds and breakfasts! We were a small group of like-minded travellers from all over, sharing a wonderful trip.
My highlights were Clifden for music, Westport House and Kylemore Abbey, the Wild Atlantic Way, music in Dingle and Kilkenny, music on the bus, Dingle, Muckross House and thats just off the top of my head! Really it was a wonderful trip with an experienced driver who gave us what was promised, give or take a couple of weather-related disappointments which were not in his control.
I had read in other reviews that there were more than one bus and questioning if it is a true small group tour. We had at times, three buses, we overlapped sometimes at sites but it was never an issue. We didn't stay together, we didn't eat together, we gave a wave when we saw them and at one stage swapped drivers when one had a flat tyre. By the end of the 13 days it was like running into friends.
The B&B (and several hotel) accommodations were great. I didn't pay for or want five star, they were immaculately clean with warm hosts and great breakfasts, the beds and pillows excellent.
Just book it, you wont regret it.

We booked the 13-Day Full Irish Experience Tour. The whole tour was outstanding -- this tour had the best and most comprehensive itinerary for comparable tours, covering all of the key sights and allowing extra time in special locations (we did Dublin on our own). We were delighted every day with new experiences, and Sean was amazing as our guide and driver. We were in a very comfortable small bus with only 14-16 participants, and there was always ample room to stretch out and see everything along the way. The smaller group made it much more efficient to get in and out quickly and make the most of our time at each sight. It also allowed extra flexibility along the way in our itinerary. Additionally, we made wonderful friends with our small group of travelers, none of whom we had met before -- it was a wonderful bonus.
Our accommodations were always very good, a nice mixture of B&B's and 4* hotels -- each with a generous breakfast included. We were able to try a variety of different restaurants, particularly for dinner, and found excellent quality and wonderful dining (dinners were not included in the basic tour price).
Sean was always informative and provided a wonderful overview of history, culture, and customs, and we had ample opportunity to enjoy the beautiful countryside, the music, the food, and the wonderful Irish people. Everywhere we went seemed like a postcard, and we returned with a multitude of special memories.
We had a 5-star plus experience, and would highly recommend Irish Experience Tours for anyone visiting this magical place!!

Many thanks for your review. Well it looks like you had an amazing time on your 13 day trip around Ireland. Our small group tours are just the best way to travel aroun Ireland. The B&B's and hotels too, each with generous breakfasts......you definitely won't go hungry on our tours :)
Our buses have plenty of space for you to spread out and relax. Max 16 people on each.

I took the 13-day Full Irish Experience tour and had a wonderful trip. The group was small with nice, like-minded travelers. The small bus was fantastic; spacious enough so everyone could have their own seat if they chose yet maneuverable in the tight Irish lanes. It was great to be able to travel where the large buses couldn’t go. The tour included many of the must-see sights and there was plenty of time for individual exploration and optional activities. Our guide/driver was humorous, knowledgeable and entertained us with loads of Irish music during the drives. He was also able to secure us tickets to Celtic Steps in Killarney which was a highlight. The hotels chosen were all nice and centrally located. This tour was great value for the price. I recommend this tour and this company if you’re visiting Ireland. I also recommend spending a couple of days before and/or after the tour in Dublin. There’s lots to see in the city and the public transportation is good.

Thank you very much for your lovely 5 star review. Our buses can go where the big buses can't and when you see how small our country roads are you'll see why. So a definite stress free trip when you go by bus with us ( no hire car fights about which way up the map is). :)

This tour was five star from start to finish! The views were amazing, the hotels and B&B’s were all great, the pace was relaxing but offered extra excursions if desired. Our guide, Lee, was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. Cannot recommend this experience enough!!!

I highly recommend this tour! If you’re looking for an authentic feel of Ireland and all this beautiful country has to offer, this is the tour for you. This tour has a perfect balance of a well planned itinerary to experience the history, culture and beauty of Ireland, yet plenty of free time to explore on your own or book activities with the many options available.
Sean was very entertaining while sharing his vast knowledge about history, culture and legends. He had loads of great stories and music. I valued all his recommendations for restaurants, music venues and activities. Sean went out of his way for us and was the perfect guide! Awesome experience and great craic!

Kieran was a wonderful tour guide. Great driver. Always paying attention to our needs. Food, restrooms, if we had extra time, he asked us if we wanted to stop for another attraction. Always describing the history of Ireland and answered questions. We were very happy to have him as our tour guide. Thank you.

We enjoy traveling and like a mix of learning the history and culture of a place, experiencing the outdoors, and digging into the local cuisine. Our trip with Irish Experience Tours gave us 13 days of opportunities to live this adventure in Ireland. The daily schedule was always complemented with plenty of time to choose an extra activity, and recommendations for the best places to eat. Each Bed and Breakfast accommodation was always friendly and comfortable, with lots of options for breakfast. Their small group tour bus allowed us to go on the backroads and see places that are amazingly beautiful and would have been missed otherwise. It was a great trip and Irish Experience Tours has set the standard for what we’ll look for in our next tour group. Thanks so much Sean.
