Nice old pub right next to the historic Beamish and Crawford brewery. Cozy, dark wood walls, friendly staff, and good beer. What more can you ask for?

Upon entering and approaching the bar, I was impressed with the selection of whiskeys. Staff were friendly and attentive, as were Maureen and Michael local patrons who were a joy to converse with. A 'must stop in' on your next trip to Cork.

A nice Irish pub that can pass unonticed if you don't pay attention on the street. Good place to have a pint of Guinness if you are trying to visit all the heritage pubs in Cork.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They were able to recommend places in Cork to check out for lunch/dinner (they don't server food) and we enjoyed their friendliness so much we went back after for a few drinks. The bartender was knowledgeable about...More
