Very nice hotel, with excellent staff . Spa staff ( Lorna & Emma superb) Leisure facilities could do with some changes . Overall a nice experience but think that something small is missing in order for it to make that 5 star grade, would put it more at a very good 4 star.

Located just outside Donegal town, its well worth a visit to enjoy the scenery and the wildlife on offer. Harveys Point and Lough Eske Castle Hotel overlook the lake and offer locations from where the lake can be enjoyed or a place to start your walk.

We went for a morning walk and enjoyed the scenery and the two swans! Definitely takes longer to walk the paths than they tell you at the hotel!

The trails have waterfalls and and a castle- not to be missed! They are easy to walk as well. Very close to Donegal town center.

Lough Eske and The Lough Eske Drive must qualify as one of the most stunning drives in Donegal and it has a lot to compete against!! Just beautiful rural beauty with the backdrop of the lovely Lough Eske. Many places to stop for photos and also pubs and restaurants. I must if you are in Donegal.
