Our tour did not stop anywhere in Slane. You only saw the castle from the bus as we drove through town.

This trip is perfectly suitable for children with the following caveats: you are on the bus a lot, probably a couple of hours, and if you are claustrophobic at all you may not want to go inside the tomb. But it's a fine... More
