Rude lady who works in this shop. Miserable. Left due to her cold approach to my friends and I. She was giving out to one of the younger staff members, hostile.

What are all these people moaning about in the reviews? This is a great place, with lovely staff. In fact, one arranged to post an item overseas for me, over an email exchange. Go here, buy yourself a top hat, and ignore the moaners.
