Visited here New Year’s Day , it is a small pub downstairs from another one. A great list of beers on draft, one on cask. Friendly service , great beer, what more could you want.

My wife and I stopped in the Underdog pub on a tip from a local. We are from Michigan (USA) and really enjoy craft beer, so we were looking for some craft beer in Ireland. This place did not disappoint. Great craft beer selection, great...More

We were picked up on the street by a fella who highly encouraged us to check out this spot. There were some 30+ craft beers on tap and always rotating. It was a quiet little spot below the main bar and not far off the...More

We are nearby and I had been meaning to check it out. We wandered in last Friday evening around 7.00 and nabbed a couple of bar seats. Great selection of independent beers. I had the Undertaker stout and then moved onto Weihenstephaner pils which I...More

Craft beer pub located underneath Brogans bar. Good range of beers offered on tap. The cask ale is excellent. Nice relaxed atmosphere to the place. It would be ideal for a date.

Well hidden in the basement of Brogan's Bar on Dame Street - this is a fine craft beer establishment. Independent of any brewery, it stocks a fine range of draught and bottled beers. Some fantastic breweries offered. Look out for the special which alternates. Great...More

This place is a gem. Great and varied selection of craft beer with a decent amount of rotation. The barman is knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. The only downside is that the beers are not cheap by any means. Then again, I suppose you have...More

If craft beer is your jam, The Underdog is not to be missed. This is an intimate venue hidden (sort of) underneath a touristy-pub on Dame St. but doesn't give off any touristy vibes at all. The friendly bartenders are well informed and can talk...More

Underdog has a broad array of craft beers and satisfied my hankering for good IPA in Dublin. It's a bit pricey but that's to be expected really! Chris the barman was knowledgeable and really friendly. He and the other patrons made my final night in...More

Was advised about a new craft beer pub underneath the iconic Brogans, home of many a pre-Olympia pint and a great bar in itself by my brother in law and he knows a good pub. Its literally directly to your left as you enter Brogans,...More
