Ireland's National Concert Hall is regarded by performing artists as one of the finest concert halls in Europe. At the heart of Dublin's city centre it boasts a thrilling programme of the world's greatest performers and Ireland's finest musicians. With weekly performances by our resident orchestra, the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestras as well as a range of performances and activities covering classical, opera, traditional, jazz, musicals, popular music and education and community outreach, The National Concert Hall is a thriving venue catering for all musical tastes, ranging from the New York Philharmonic to the Chieftains, Cecilia Bartoli to Joan Baez, Lang Lang to Jools Holland and Yo-Yo Ma to Peking Opera, and many more. Our vision for The National Concert Hall is that of a world-leading auditorium and centre of excellence for the performing arts in Ireland. The Hall, on Earlsfort Terrace, is a building worth experiencing on its own merits alone, to say nothing of the exciting performances within it.

I'm in my sixties and only now took the opportunity to visit the National Concert Hall in Dublin. I'm regretting not having gone sooner as the atmosphere and surroundings are second to none. We sat in the stalls with an excellent view of the stage, artist and orchestra. For that I don't think theirs any seat with a bad location.... More

My husband and I attended a concert in the NCH and had a meal in the Terrace Restaurant beforehand. We had a fantastic, top quality, delicious meal. The staff were friendly and efficient. It made for a really enjoyable night out and we will definitely be back. Many thanks.

We booked two seats for Rebecca Storm's celebration of her 40 years in musicals. The Concert Hall was lovely, the acoustics were good and the singing brilliant. Just across he street from the Hilton Conrad where we stayed.

I attended the Red Hurley concert last night and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. From collecting the tickets to having a drink at the bar and finding our seats everything was so easy. Red Hurley himself was terrific as were the choir, the guest singer and the musicians. Red mentioned that he will be doing another concert in the Concert Hall... More

Went by myself to a lovely afternoon concert by Cello Ireland with guests Claudia Boyle and amazing cellist Daniel Muller-Scholt. I felt very comfortable on my own. The foyer is nice and lots to look at with good accessible toilets. I had a seat in the stalls so had great view of the stage. I found the acoustics to be... More

Doesn't go for the wow factor visually. But the acoustics are better than many other concert halls around the world :)

Visited the The National Concert Hall again last night. The venue is very nice. The staff just adorable. The seats are nice and comfortable and the whole experience is nice and welcoming. However, due to the structure of the place, with it's stone walls, regretfully I personally , and in this case also my partner, find the acoustics of the place to be extremely... More

I love to go to events here but it helps when you enjoy the music. Great night again, but be sure to order your interval drinks before showtime as there can be quite a queue.
