Very poor. Don't waste your time and money. Very unhelpful staff. Only want your money. Spend your money elsewhere.

Management response:

Having spoken to yourselves at the time I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately as your group was 20 minutes late for a 45 minute experience we were unable to accommodate. Our website clearly states that you must arrive 10 minutes before the tour start time and that there is no refund or transfers. While I... More

Visited here with my boyfriend and a couple of our friends and had a great laugh! The tour lasts about 45mins and it was interesting to hear some Irish folk tales and the background behind them. The room with the giant furniture was hilarious! We had no kids in our group so we were told a couple of darker tales... More

We visited the national leprechaun museum during my sisters hen weekend... we dressed her as a leprechaun and brought her back to live with 'her kind'. The tour was brilliant, the group really enjoyed it, although they wouldn't keep the leprechaun we brought with us sadly!!

Nice place, but guide was in a hurry . He spoke too fast and by the end of tour I had a headache from all the information being given in a great rush. Children were bored

Thought we would have some fun, and this is really what it is, you can take it or leave it, stories of Leprechauns, fairies and changelings. Something to do if it's raining hard. Not sure about the admission price a little bit steep for what it is, kids may enjoy it more.

Naoise was a fantastic story teller and had us all in stitches with his funny tales. The different areas were well laid out and great for memorable photos....lots taken....well done guys a thoroughly good... More

We did the DarkLand tour there and I honestly don't know what I was expecting. I had a lot of fun and I loved hearing the stories. The guide, Paudy, was fun to listen to and he seemed like he enjoys what he's doing. The giant's room was awesome. :D Also, on our way out we were given a small... More

Didn't really know what to expect from this, but the Musuem was very nicely done out and the guide, Nathan, was fantastic. His enthusiasm and story telling was fantastic, really funny. Would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a bit of a laugh and to learn a little bit about Irish legend. Would probably do this place again if... More

First off it's expensive, the guide tells you folklaw and story's and guides you through the rooms and leaves you to play about for a bit in a room of giant furniture. It was hard to tell who it was pitched at as the info was minimal and most of the tour would appeal to kids but it was not... More
