A Friday night is possibly not the best choice for a visit to the Temple Bar, or, then again, probably is. Getting in might be the challenge, but once there: what an athmosphere! The whisky selection is impressive, they have anything you can wish for. Also great in beer. Despite of being so crowdy and busy we were met with... More

Perhaps there are simply very few things to do so going to the Temple Bar area is a must do for everyone. Undoubtedly the ambience is good with everybody enjoying so much beer, live music and food. I guess the most important thing is to kill time. Make sure that you taste the beer in a correct way to get... More

The entire area of Temple bar seems to be geared towards tourists getting drunk. While some of the bars are fun and novel, others are just packed with drunken 20 somethings all having a good time. Beware of pick pockets... it's not the Irish way, but remember there are people there from all over the world and everyone is on... More

Plan before you go - we were there to kill some time. I am sure there is more in Temple Bar than tacky green gift shops and bars that were all closed at 10.00 am.... The buildings and river are superb from the outside so for a two hour ramble with it but to gain full benefit plan for some... More

On a Sunday afternoon, this place is filled to capacity, inside and out. There is live entertainment singing Irish music. You can tell that the locals enjoy coming here. Standing Room Only

Even though we visited Dublin in the off season of November, Temple Bar was buzzing through the night . A lot of great pubs line the street that is the center of Dublin' night life. The Temple Bar pub crawl was a great and an interesting experience of the local music scene.
