Temple bar is a great experience it really is. The pubs are always busy and it has a nice lively atmosphere all year round, however it is insanely expensive to drink in Temple bar compared to anywhere else in Dublin. You can pay up to €7.50 for a pint which is outrageous, even in very nice venues you'll pay €6... More

CROWDED! My husband and I went here on our trip. Its a must do! We only had 1 beer each, were able to get a spot outside, at a standing bar. Good Music, so butter up and slip on in at least for 1 beer.

This has to be the busiest area in Dublin with several restaurants, pubs, stores, etc... The locals avoid it and the tourist flock to it. With all the hustle and bustle it still a nice place to visit. One thing to note that several of the more popular eating establishments get busy, so plan on getting your name down for... More

Don't get me wrong, Temple bar Dublin is a vibrant and happening place with lots of entertainment but the pubs are really expensive and the prices vary depending on the time you are out. Would I as a Dubliner go out fir a night in Temple bar..... No. I would pass through and try a few of the restaurant's but... More

Brilliant place for a Guinness. I ended up here after walking around the Guinness Storehouse, and enjoyed the atmosphere so much that I came back every night that I spent in Dublin. The little smoking area, and the live music were a treat. Prices were a bit steep, but being such a tourist trap I guess they can get away... More

Obviously a must on a visit to Dublin 🍺🇮🇪 The iconic Temple Bar Pub (also located in the 'Temple Bar' area) Great Irish pub to visit, gets packed out at night time, however there are many rooms and alcoves to sit in so there may well be seats available still. Can enjoy a less crazy visit during the day, wide... More

We called in for a couple pints of the "black stuff" (well it is rude not to) Live music on at 1pm on a weekday (and he was very good) There was a good crowd in there but the bar was well staffed so we had no problem getting served. I didn't find it over pricey though I notice some... More
