This place is a total tourist trap, but it's lively, fun, and the music is outstanding. It wasn't traditional Irish music when we were there. It was one guy and his guitar playing some really great covers.

Nice stop for a pint and lunch, but expect the service to be slow, as it is usually crowded. Live music is very good

Avoid this place like the plague it is so expensive. €7.40 I paid for a pint. It is the same as any other pub nothing special about it. Gives Temple bar a bad name as it is a total rip off nearby pubs are alot cheaper.

Almost no locals can be found there, the beer is a little bit overpriced (6.2€ for a pint of Guinness as in the other bars it is about 5€) but it is definitely worth visiting! Live music, lots of people singing in and out the pub - the experience cannot be explained :)

Went here as an absolute must recommendation and indeed it was a great experience! Over 10 euros for a pint of Guinness and a coke... Ouch! Great atmosphere, lively, 300+ whiskeys to choose from. Certainly an experience...

Expensive but it is one of those "must see" venues in Dublin that everyone knows of. Even if you only pop in for one drink, make sure it's on your list! Great atmosphere. People from all walks of life.

We stopped in for one pint listended to a guys do a few songs and then when on down the road to some of the nearby less crowded pubs. Because veryone is tryiong to get in and have a drink at the "Temple Bar" it is really crowded, but it is still a nice pub.

Visited the bar for a beer and found a good lively crowd which that made it good fun to stay at the bar. Prices are in my opinion too much.
