You get to see close the jail. The exhibition at the end is definitely worth a visit too. Get tickets in advance.

This is really special. It brings to life a truly dreadful period of Irish history. The guide was superb and describes a very tear-jerking history. You cannot fail to be moved when you're in 'Stonebreaker's Yard' which is where all of the executions took place....More

Went today and did the tour. Was only 6 euro. The tour took you around some of the place countrymen were held and even executed. This place makes Alcatraz look modern.

When I booked online it said there were no more spots available for weeks. To ensure you get to see it I would recommend pre-booking.
