We have dined here for years ... there must be a change in management as the last three times we’ve gone in we were denied our preferred seating choice. The restaurant hasn’t been that busy, the table we prefer is available but we were told...More

Busaras as the centre point of Ireland's bus network has been around a long time and has always been a horrible place. It is freezing cold and has loads of pigeons inside. Toilets are down dingy stairs and the cubicles are dark and nasty and...More

Used them for college, not so good, hardly turn up on time and is pot luck whether you get a bus falling apart where seats hardly hanging on or a cramped modern bus with little to no legroom. IF you have a problem nothing can...More

Busaras is a dirty and dismal place. As Ireland's capital city you would expect Dublins main transport hub to be a bright welcoming place.

Awful experience. I was in a queue for the 5.15 Cavan bus on Saturday evening with lots of older people including my 80 year old mother. All information boards showed that the bus had departed at 5.20 even though there must have been 50 people...More

Although it's improved a lot in recent years Busaras is still a pretty grim place to be. My God though the toilets in the basement are horrendous. It's just not an especially comfortable bus station. There's nowhere near enough seats, there is no nice cafe...More
