Nassau Street is not like Dawson Street for me. It has less shops and less places to eat. However, you can buy stationery for college, you can try Irish cookies and you can have a look at some Aran sweaters. With the LUAS works, it is a bit jammed, but, overall, it is worthy a visit.

This a great little area for picking up those mementos of your trip to Ireland.. High end... Nice street to take a stroll on ( that is apart from the on going road works ) Don't let that put you off though as it's also lovely to have a sit down after shopping and people watch.. I wouldn't advise strolling... More

Nassau Street is the perfect place to go if you are in the mood for some traditional Irish stuff. The Kilkenny design studios was lovely, full of some really quirky and interesting things by Irish designers. Also, the red open top bus tours stop in the centre of Nassau Street so you can grt off, do dome shopping, then rejoin... More

A very heavily traveled street with pubs, many great stores. Live street entertainment. A wonderful stroll just people watching and checking out the beautiful details on the buildings.

Another place worth visiting if you are in the neighborhood. Has some very nice shops. Many students frequent the area.

There's not a lot on this street really, apart from the Porterhouse Central pub and the side gate into Trinity College. The street is heavily congested from traffic and it's a bit drab.

I would be careful on this Nassau Street in Dublin . That was a dangerous area when I attended School close by 30 years ago. Usually crowded and one has to be aware of the pick pockets and Hustlers

This is a visually unappealing street, with the back of Trinity College on one side and a row of nondescript buildings on the other.Throw in some major road works which restrict traffic and footflow and you have it. One wouldn't choose to walk down this street unless there was a particular destination in mind, but busy it is. Coachloads of... More
