This was an awesome experience. It was great to see the city and to have the history of Ireland explained as we moved through the locations where so many key events took place. Brian had a great sense of humour and a wealth of knowledge....More

Fergus, our guide, took us on a fascinating journey through 800 years of Anglo-Irish history and threw in some Vikings for good measure! A great way to see parts of the city you might easily miss and learn some of this city’s rich history. It...More

Absolutely terrific Brian, the BEST guide, gave us the most informative and entertaining tour and history of Dublin. He was knowledgeable and funny. We learned a lot and had a great time. Also, the tour was very affordable. Highly recommended.

This tour set the stage for my whole Irish experience. It introduced me to the layout of Dublin and gave me a context of Irish history that allowed me to fully appreciate my stops in the city and beyond.

This tour wasn't so much a walking tour as a series of five- or ten-minute lectures about the history of Ireland interspersed with walking from place to place in Dublin. With a very large tour group on a cold, windy day, it would have been...More

Nice quick tour of the Ireland. A lot of history so can be a bit overwhelming trying to retain all the info but great overall. Bryan was helpful and even walked us a bit after the tour to his suggested restaurant. Great service. Thanks!!!!

Outstanding guide, huge amount of information, anecdote and opinion. Very informative on the background to independence. Some people might find the length of the talk challenging combined with the continual stopping and starting but overall highly recommended. Only disappointment was that it was too popular!...More

I believe we booked a day in advance, but our guide said he had accepted extra people the day before on the tour; probably depends on the day of the week and the season as to how busy it is.

You can either book online OR walk on & pay our guide cash on the day. We prefer the former as it allows us to anticipate numbers & lay on additional guides if needed. Tommy Graham, owner
