This time we didn't manage to get one of the coveted outdoor seats in the sun but our window seat was just as good for people watching. Gorgeous old fashioned pub with friendly staff, a perfect spot for after work drinks.

Rented an apartment in Aungier Street directly opposite, for a week December. Visited for drinks with friends on a number of occasions. Great atmosphere, which was attested by the many people also drinking in the place. A lot of history with the pub

We really enjoyed this pub! Met the owner's son and heard the tremendous story that the pub has played in his family and in the history of Ireland.

Beautiful old pub in central Dublin. Well maintained, friendly staff and good selection of beers on tap and wines by the glass plus all the other usual bar fare. Great place to pop in for a drink, meet friends etc

This is an old style Dublin pub that dates to Victorian times. Much of the original decor and panelling has been retained so it has a old world feel to it. Service is pleasant and efficient
