What an absolutely lovely, centrally located place. Oh and what a warm and friendly welcome from everyone who works there. It all made me very proud as a returning prodigal son. Highly recommended. The only sadness was, on a Friday night, that the house was half full. So get on with it anyone with an interest in what's best in... More

Amazing. Brilliant script and acting. You must go. Theatre very comfortable but could open earlier to allow patrons meet there in advance.

Just been to see The Seagull in the Gaeity - fantastic. It's a while since I've been there as the legroom was not great but it's been revamped (not sure when but could be anytime in the past 4/5 years) and the seating is a definite improvement. There is a real old style sumptuous feel to the theatre which makes... More

Chekhov's The Seagull has adapted and is part of this years Dublin Theatre Festival. The biggest change is that the Konstatin the son in the original version is now Constance the daughter. The basic plot is a story of unrequited love with the subplot about the artificiality of theatre. It is remarkable that a lot of the action in the... More

The show is great! It's multicultural, but most of all I liked of course Irish dancing. I was so surprised that I can not find right words. I do not share the idea to eat popcorn during the show, it's not a pleasure and you feel as in cinema. The theater is small, but has a central location. There are... More

We went to see Riverdance while it was in town. The show was great, but the atmosphere of the Gaiety really made it special. Right at the heart of the city; it is a treasure to behold.

We were so excited that this performance was in town while we were so we got to go. My husband says "Riverdance was worth it all." We were all blown away by the music and the dancing.

We happened to stumble across a flyer whilst having supper at a local pub advertising Riverdance. We were only in Dublin for one night and thought we would give it a try and see if we could get tickets an hour before the show was due to start. We walked to the theatre and ask at the ticket office. We... More

Fantastic show, nice theatre, friendly staff, good facilities and convenient location. If the opportunity to see riverdance is available it is a must do.

Riverdance was everything and more we had hoped it would be. Some new Irish friends said the production made the "hair on the back of their neck stand up"--They were right! What a terrific way to end a delightful stay in Dublin.
