Went here as we are big fans of ed sheeran and wanted to see were he filmed the music video to Galway girl. What a great little pub it is with great staff that really make you welcome, thank you.

O'Connor's Pub in Salthill is one of the friendliest in Galway! As a solo traveler I was always made to feel welcome and their bands totally rock! The interior has cool and eclectic decor as well. It's not to be missed if you're in Galway!

We spent 4 hours in this pub mainly because of the brilliant music and the character of the place. We were entertained, firstly, by a family (father and 3 young sons) and then an older band. Lot of traditional Irish music and sing-a-long songs.
