Relaxing time watching World Cup in very authentic Irish pub. Employees and customers very friendly and very engaged. A relaxing time. Not a big place but people made room for all comers. Highly recommended!

Popped in to meet up with our cousins from Ireland, fit the bill perfectly. Decent crowd but not too packed, live irish music, good beer selection, friendly/helpful service.

Went to the bar over 2 nights and each night had fantastic live music. Crowded, which is a testament to the music and beer/stout!! My recommendation would be the Galway Hooker Irish Stout for an authentic vibe. Definitely worth a trip if in Galway:-)

We had a fab time in Taaffes Pub having pints of Guinness and a very tasty Galway 2020 sandwich while listening to the music festival band. Life is sweet!

During our trip through Ireland this was the best stop for traditional Irish music. Musicians apparently just shoe up and jam here. The first night there was two violins, a flute, accordion and a piccolo. They sounded like they were playing together for years but...More
