Take your time and try the Connor Pass, right on top you'll be able to see both sides of the peninsula and you will not be disappoited. No weak stomachs though.

Although we drove both Ring of Kerry and the Dingl Peninsula - we loved Dingle more...This was out first visit to Ireland and we most definitely would even consider staying at a local B & B accommodation of our next visit.

Travelled over to Dingle as part of a recent trip to Kerry with an IMPORTANT Upfront admission ... we only spent 2 hours walking around the town Really disappointed. For a major tourist town it left a lot to be desired in terms of presentation....More

We loved the area...so quaint and relaxing. The drive around the peninsula was spectacular. Because of fog on the morning we were leaving, we were not able to drive up the Connor Pass. After talking with the most friendly locals, it's highly recommended you take...More

Compared to the ring of kerry the dingle peninsula is far less developed. Hence much less tourists, large buses and small roads (often one car wide roads) are what you expect of Ireland. It is a pleasure to see, walk in and drive in.

NOT TO BE MISSED. But you knew that. Just when you thought you'd seen it all, you turn another corner and are amazed by another spectacular view. Be sure you're comfortable driving on the left side before you try this drive because the roads are...More
