Stopped here to get information about the town and the staff didn't know anything. The staff members were also very cheeky. The centre is very messy also.

The Killarney Discover Ireland Centre should be the first place for the new visitor to Killarney to visit. I have been there many times with many different questions and they are very keen to make sure that any visit to the area is as good an experience as it can be. They provide free maps of Killarney and other areas... More

Dropped by for some information for the rest of our tour in Kerry. The lady we dealt with was excellent, gave lots of suggested routes, maps and a really good free guide book to the area. I've been in a few tourist info places but this is the best experience i've had to date.

We went here first before venturing further and trying to find our way around. I am so pleased we did, as we were provided with the maps we needed and useful info, like public parking areas etc, which the locals know about, but which tourists like ourselves would only find by accident! We were given several helpful tips too, which... More

The girl behind the desk was very knowledgeable. She knew loads about the area and was good at recommendations. The centre was open on a bank holiday unlike most other places in town that day.

I visited this bright and airy 'Discover Ireland' tourist information centre, along with my biking buddy, whilst on a motorcycling tour of Ireland. We went to ask about route information and to look into B&B accommodation. We were given the undivided attention of Michelle, our user-friendly Advisor. She arranged our next night's stay, supplied us with a map and gave... More

Thank you Killarney Tourist Office! Staying outside of Killarney and touring southwest Ireland we needed daily help to find our way here and there, which almost always involved 2 or 3 busy roundabouts. The Tourist Office was well staffed, provided endless brochures and maps and the representative made sure we were clear on directions before sending us on our way.... More

Killarney is a beautiful town in south west Ireland, and a short drive from either Adare/Limerick, Cork or Kinsale. Definitely a place to visit. I suggest that your first stop in Killarney should be the Tourist Center (unless you already know the town). The staff there (and there were four persons working during the usual lunch break) was extremely helpful... More
