The ladies were extremely helpful. They gave us maps and told us about the shopping on Kieran St. They also answered questions about the best places to visit in the surrounding area. Nicholas Mosse Pottery factory is a must see if you love beautiful pottery!

The enthusiasm the staff have is infectious and makes you want to cover everything they suggest! If you're new to Kilkenny, this is the place to go first-anyone will direct you. Great advice given and makes you want to stay for days! ENJOY!

Definitely head here first before walking anywhere as the knowledgeable staff will give you tips about were to go. Read the plaque outside above the door to get a sense of the history of kilkenny
