Heard this was the best pub in Drogheda. Very uncomfortable. No luxury. Cold. Bar woman could not hear orders. People had to keep repeating themselves. Real local, unfriendly crowd. Outsiders not welcome feel to it.

Always a friendly pint of stout available at Barlow's a popular local hostelry on the Dublin Rd, nearest pub to train station, in Drogheda. Games room upstairs if you fancy a game or two of pool.. Recommrnd a visit any time of the year.

A fantastic pub that's comfortable with friendly bar staff and has all the sport showing that you could want. Most importantly the selection of drink on offer is huge with the Guinness probably being the best you could get anywhere.

Proper bar near the railway station. One of those I could have happily stopped longer probably due to it not being on any tourist trail.

Always a friendly welcome. Whiskey menu is great and sample tasting was brilliant, we were given a great selection by well informed barman. A real education in Whiskey.
