Passed it and stopped on a whim. Lovely space, and very sobering to be in the place where some of the famine grave pits held over 9000 victims of the famine.

This graveyard is badly signposted and hard to find. When we eventually got in, we were very disappointed. It's very peaceful but we felt the tourist board or somebody could do something more with it - maybe details of the famine ships with a list...More

Interesting and historical place that's free and easy to access. Sits on the site of the old graveyard and part of Ireland's history. Worth half an hour whilst in the area.

It's not. We went to the Tourist Information Office in the town. They gave us a map and marked the route on it. It's not far away but there seemed to be no signposts.
